Yoga for the Frazzled is a session designed for anyone looking to end their day by connecting mindfully with breath and movement. The intention is to mindfully unwind from the tensions of the day, to soften tight muscles, ease joint pain, and connect the body and mind through the rhythm of the breath. The aim is to gift yourself a pause from the everyday chatter of the thoughts and observe how things are . This class is designed to target those places in the body that might need a little extra attention at the end of the day, giving your mind and body permission to rest and unwind. This class is appropriate for everyone and everybody. Variations and modifications are always offered.
