Sharing the gift of joyful movement
"I discovered Yoga and Pilates as a result of series of back injuries, chronic stress and burn-out through years of being involved in fitness and competitive sport. As part of my own healing process I immersed myself in learning about movement and teaching and helping others to move to the best of their abilities. Movement, no matter what age we are, is vital in helping to keep us healthy in both body and mind. "

Ann Haggar-Rosewall is a holistic fitness professional with over 30 years’ experience of teaching a range of modalities. She is a qualified practitioner of Exercise To Music, Stott Pilates, BWY Hatha Yoga, Yoga4Health, Gentle Years Yoga©, Freestyle Fitness Yoga, LesMills BODYBALANCE™, Walking for Health, Reflexology and massage. Ann also has experience of teaching Mindfulness and Compassion practices.
"Our starting point is the physical but my teaching style is influenced by trainings in Mindfulness & breath awareness. Mindful Movement encourages a curious, gentle, playful exploration of the connection between our mind, breath & physical self. The ultimate aim is to gift yourself a space to pause from the every day ‘’chatter’’ which can, with practice, help to calm the mind & body. Focus on the breath lets us rest & recharge, helping us to feel more relaxed, healthier, and happier with who we are."
Currently, Ann's biggest occupation is her work as a full-time unpaid carer. Her practices in yoga and Pilates give her a space to unwind and care for herself, connect with other compassionate humans, and provides a flexible source of income she can fit around her caring responsibilities.
Ann offers weekly online classes and courses, as well as small bespoke workshops and one-to-one sessions.
