Session description

All you need is a computer or phone and you can do the workout in the comfort of your own home! In this essential mat work class, we will learn the basic principles of Stott Pilates and learn how to apply them to Pilates exercises. Together we'll explore modifications and variations that work for you and your posture, because not everyone is made the same. This mat-based workout is designed to help participants develop leaner, longer-looking muscles, establish core strength and stability, and heighten mind-body awareness. This class can be completed using equipment you can find around your home or you can hire specialist pieces.
